Payment

Our signs are custom made and hand painted.  We require payment prior to the start of each sign.  Once your order and payment are received, your sign will be cut and detailed.  We will notify you via email when the sign is ready for pick-up.

 

Pick-Up

When your sign is ready, you will be notified via email to pick it up.  We will send a reminder notice if the sign is not retreived.  Signs left for 60 days beyond the initial notification may be returned to stock.  Refunds will not be given for signs returned to stock. 

 

Returned Checks

Returned checks will be charged an additional $10 to recover bank fees and cash for the amount of the check will need to be provided to continue processing the order.
